Speed Booster for ENFOLD

Legal

Terms

The licence, what you get, and what we promise.

Scope

These terms govern the sale and use of the Speed Booster plugin by Raphael Ehm Mediendesign, Friedrichstraße 137, 71638 Ludwigsburg, Germany.

What you buy

  • Standard – use on 2 websites, one year of updates and support, €60 per year (€5 per month, billed annually).
  • Lifetime – use on 2 websites, updates for as long as the product exists, €240 once.
  • Agency – use on an unlimited number of websites, priority support, €480 per year (€40 per month, billed annually).
TO DO · Confirm whether the prices are net or gross, and how VAT is handled for buyers inside and outside the EU. This depends on the payment provider.

Licence

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the plugin on the number of websites your plan covers. The plugin is distributed as a WordPress plugin and is therefore subject to the GPL for its PHP code. The licence key controls access to updates and support, not your right to run the code.

Updates and support

When a licence expires the plugin keeps working. Only updates and support stop until it is renewed. A Lifetime licence does not expire.

Money-back guarantee

Within 14 days of purchase you can ask for a full refund, no reason required. Write to anfrage@ip2c.de.

Liability

The plugin changes how a WordPress site delivers its pages: it writes a cache drop-in, a WP_CACHE line in wp-config.php and rules in .htaccess, and it can combine stylesheets and defer scripts. Take a backup before activating it on a live site. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation and only up to the typical, foreseeable damage.

TO DO · Have a lawyer check this page before launch. Selling to consumers in the EU brings further duties (Button-Lösung, Widerrufsbelehrung, Muster-Widerrufsformular) that depend on the payment provider you pick.

Law and venue

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is Ludwigsburg.
